Great people providing great care
Our care teams provide daily assistance and support for all of
our residents, ensuring their health and wellbeing and encouraging
them to maintain the highest level of independence possible.
Throughout our homes, we have multidisciplinary
care teams working 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including
Director of Nursing, registered nurses, enrolled nurses, personal
carers and other support staff. Our dedicated staff are fully
trained and qualified and undergo regular training to ensure that
we fulfil our commitment to providing the highest quality
care.
To provide specialised nursing services in all of our homes, we
have nurses trained in and responsible for the following areas:
- Continence
- Dementia
- Nutrition
- Infection control
- Oral Health
- Medications
- Palliative care
- Safety
- Skin and wound care
All of our residents are treated with dignity and respect as our care team ensure that they are safe, comfortable and feel truly at home.
