Caroline Chisholm is a two level heritage home located in the leafy, tree-lined suburb of Lane Cove.  Just a stones throw from the Lane Cove River,  Caroline Chisholm caters specifically to the special needs of high-care residents and those living with dementia.

Our dedicated and professional nursing staff deliver a wide range of specialised services, catering to each resident's individual care requirements.  Our therapy team coordinates a comprehensive variety of activity programs, in order to keep their mind, bodies and spirits active. Regular activities include wheelchair aerobics, bingo, music concerts, balloon volleyball, art, movies and strolls through the home's sprawling front garden.

The kitchen offers residents a variety of everyone's favourite 'home-cooked' meals, which are prepared daily on the premises. Special diets are available on request.

Additional services on offer include physiotherapy, hairdressing and manicure appointments and a highly efficient daily laundry service, which is provided at no extra charge.
