BELMONT Aged Care Home
Belmont Aged Care Home is a family oriented home that is located
on a quiet street in Rivervale. We welcome family and loved ones to
visit at any time and encourage thir involvement through regular
relatives' meetings and by talking with our Director of
Nursing.
We offer spacious areas for our extensive and varied activities
program, ranging from barbeques and special menu days to WiiFit
activities. Our secure 52-bed accommodation includes double and
multi-bed rooms with quiet rooms available for visitors to enjoy a
chat or a cup of tea. We also have peaceful, well kept outdoor
areas, including gardens and a central courtyard.
Our dedicated, compassionate and experienced care team includes
qualified nurses 24 hours a day. We care for residents with
high-level care needs and also offer palliative care, respite care
and support for residents with dementia.
