CONCORDE Aged Care Home
Concorde is located in the beautiful, inner city suburb of South
Perth, within walking distance of Angelo St cafes. Our warm and
friendly environment as well as our dedicated care team ensures
that all of our residents feel comfortable, cared for and at
home.
Our 92-bed accommodation includes single and multi-bed rooms, as
well as spacious activity areas and peaceful gardens. We ensure
that our residents enjoy social interaction and entertainment
through our activities program, which includes regular bus trips
and South Perth Council concerts.
At Concorde, we have a community of Chinese residents, who
particularly enjoy our daily Chinese meals.
